    Venue use

A unique venue in the heart of Edinburgh

    HOW TO BOOK PANMURE HOUSE

Panmure House may be used as a venue for selected events. There are strict rules that determine which events can and cannot take place due to the building's heritage status. Therefore, it is imperative that you read the Terms of Engagement before enquiring, and adequately describe the purpose of your event and its link to Adam Smith in your Venue Use Enquiry. The hyperlinks below will take you directly to the corresponding page or form in another tab. Please use the following process as a guide when enquiring about using Panmure House.

    1. Read our Terms of Engagement.

    2. Submit a Venue Use Enquiry.

    3. If accepted, you must read our RULES OF USE.

    4. Review our CONTRACTOR DETAILS to book catering and/or event production support.

    5. Review our ROOM LAYOUTS to select a setup for your event. The Panmure House Team will have this ready ahead of your event.

    6. These documents will inform the mandatory completion of the LOGISTICS FORM that helps us to help you organise your event at Panmure. Please review and submit this no later than 14 days before your event.
