In November 2025, Panmure House welcomed a panel of leading experts for a vital discussion on Market Solutions for Antimicrobial Effectiveness—the inaugural event in our new programme series, the Panmure House Dialogues.
This ongoing series convenes thought leaders to tackle some of society’s most pressing challenges. In the spirit of the Scottish Enlightenment, Panmure House continues to serve as a hub for bold ideas and collaborative problem‑solving, just as it did in Adam Smith’s time.
Our first Dialogue focused on identifying market‑driven strategies to address antimicrobial resistance, bringing together expertise from policy, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and finance.
