The tender for the final phase of the restoration of Panmure House has been awarded to the Livingston-based company Maxi Construction Limited, and the appointment of an archaeology company for the balance of the archaeological works is currently being arranged.
The project team includes: Project Manager Gardiner & Theobald LLP; EK:JN Architects LLP; Principal Designer and Quantity Surveyor, Thomson Bethune; Structural Engineer, Robertson Eadie; and Services Engineer, EDP Consulting Engineers.
Work started on site on Monday 7th November and completion of the main works is scheduled for March 2018.

The final scope for the interpretive fit-out remains to be confirmed. The programme for this is expected to take several months to develop, ready for delivery on completion of the construction work.
